«Ma volonté et mon vœu le plus cher, c’est de faire tenir l’élection présidentielle dans les meilleurs délais. Ceci, avant l’hivernage prochain. Et dans la paix. Le gouvernement y travaille déjà pour une parfaite organisation logistique de l’élection comme d’habitude», a-t-il indiqué.
