iGFM – (Dakar) Comme annoncé hier, les députés membres de Yewwi Askan Wi viennent de saisir le Conseil Constitutionnel pour contester la loi constitutionnelle qui reporte l’élection présidentielle au 15 décembre 2024. En effet, la saisine en inconstitutionnalité contre la loi numéro 04/2024 portant dérogation aux dispositions de l’Article 31 de la Constitution a été déposés au niveau du Conseil par les députés Ayib Daffé et Samba Dang ce jeudi.
